Placement Preparation:
The Institute conducts a structured Pre-Placement Training program to prepare MBA students for both Summer Internships and Final Placements. The training focuses on enhancing students’ employability skills and aligning them with industry expectations.
Key components of the program include CV preparation and review, mock Group Discussions (GD), and mock Personal Interviews (PI). Students receive guidance on resume structuring, role-specific customization, and effective self-presentation. Mock GD and PI sessions are conducted to simulate real recruitment scenarios, enabling students to improve communication skills, analytical thinking, confidence, and interview etiquette.
The program is supported by industry professionals ensuring practical insights and constructive feedback. Overall, the Pre-Placement Training aims to equip students with the necessary competencies to perform effectively during the recruitment process.
