The Post Graduate Diploma in Management for Executives is a diploma program designed for working professionals seeking to accelerate their careers with strategic business acumen and cross-functional leadership skills without leaving current job. Delivered in a rigorous one-year format, this program blends virtual classroom learning, case studies, and a capstone project to equip executives with the tools to drive organizational success.

As a first mover among its generation of IIMs, we launched the doctoral program in 2019, leading to the award of PhD Degree, in two areas of management.
