Introduction

The CEO Program at IIM Visakhapatnam is an advanced leadership initiative, designed exclusively for alumni of the Senior Management Program (SMP). It empowers senior leaders to transition into CEO-level roles by sharpening their strategic decision-making and leadership capabilities.

The program emphasizes strategy-driven learning through immersive workshops, peer discussions, and guidance from IIMV faculty and senior industry experts.

• 60 hours of learning, including a 2-day campus immersion at IIMV

Eligibility

• Only participants who have successfully completed the Senior Management Program (SMP) at IIM Visakhapatnam are eligible to apply.

2. HR Strategy for CEOs – Building agile, future-ready organizations
3. Operations Strategy for CEOs – Enhancing efficiency and scalability
4. Financial Strategy for CEOs – Capital management and value creation
5. Digital Strategy for CEOs – Leveraging AI, analytics, and digital transformation
6. Capstone Project – Integration of strategic learnings into a real business challenge

• Campus Immersion: 2 days at IIM Visakhapatnam (workshop & interactive mode)

Fees & Registration

• Program Fee per Participant: ₹80,000 + GST
• Registration Fee (adjustable): ₹5,000 + GST
• Payment Mode: Single instalment at the beginning

Certificate

Participants who successfully complete the program will be awarded a Certificate of Completion from IIM Visakhapatnam.
