Applicants must have:

• A Bachelor's degree (minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA)
• Minimum 3 years of work experience (post graduation)

The final composite score is calculated with the following weightage:

• 30% for your Management Aptitude and Skill Test (MAST) score.
• 70% for your performance in the Personal Interview (PI).

MAST will be online proctored test of multiple-choice type. There will be 3 sections (quantitative aptitude-35 questions, data interpretation and logical reasoning-30 questions, verbal ability and reading comprehension-35 questions. Each question carries one mark. Test will be for 120 minutes with no negative marking.
